1. Full-Time Sales & Administration Assistant

🕒 40 hours per week (Monday to Saturday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent in-store customer service

• Manage sales transactions and administrative tasks

• Maintain a tidy and well-stocked shop floor

• Support with online orders, phone/email queries, and general shop organisation

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous retail or administration experience preferred

• Strong communication & organisational skills

• Friendly, helpful, and team-oriented

2. Full-Time Sales & Warehouse Assistant (Reduced Hours)

🕒 30 hours per week

🗓️ Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday – 5 hours/day (either 9:00am–2:00pm or 2:00pm–7:00pm)

• Saturday – 9:00am to 2:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with in-store customer service

• Support in unpacking, organising and storing deliveries

• Help with inventory management and stock rotation

• General upkeep of warehouse and storage areas

Ideal Candidate:

• Reliable, energetic and proactive

• Able to multitask and follow directions

• Retail or stock handling experience is an asset

3. Part-Time Sales Assistant

🕒 20 hours per week
🗓️ Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday – 4:00pm to 7:00pm

• Saturday – 9:00am to 2:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service during peak hours

• Help with restocking and shop floor presentation

• Support cash and checkout operations

• Assist during seasonal promotions and product launches

Ideal Candidate:

• Outgoing personality and team spirit

• Excellent customer interaction skills

• Ideal for individuals seeking afternoon/evening work

Educational and skill requirements

Have a good standard of education.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both staff, and customers.

Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel applications

Is fluent in the English language, both verbal and written. (Capability to understand/speak Maltese language is considered an asset)

Must be an EU resident or have a valid working Visa.

Having a valid driving License will be considered an asset
